To make a payment via the Patient Notebook, a secure online portal, you must first log on to our dedicated website: https://www.patientnotebook.com/gssc
You will need to complete the required fields:
- Patient’s Name
- Email Address (for delivery of receipt)
- Patient Account Number (to apply payment to)
- Amount of Payment
- Name on Card (exactly as it appears)
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- Security Code (on back of card)
- Cardholder’s Zip Code (Billing Zip Code)
Upon completing these steps, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address provided. Please contact us with any questions.
